TRANSFER OF A MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER MED/PHARM EMPLOYEE TO THE CUSTOMER

When the company can’t find the right person or the person is needed urgently and there is no time or capacity
organise a selection competition; when a company wants to save time and costs in searching for employees, Armedika
offering services in accordance with the requirements by submitting candidates and promoting them to full-time staff
the client company.

Selection and transfer of medical representatives to the client:

  1. Initial selection of medical representatives according to the client’s criteria and offer of available candidates;
  2. Submission of medical candidate representatives for evaluation by the client;
  3. Once a candidate is selected and employed by the client, a success fee is paid to Armedika for the services rendered.

employees can make or break an organisation. A lot of time, effort and money goes into choosing the right
staff, paying and retaining them.

lengthy selection and interview procedures in the hope that the right candidate will come along to justify the investment and

the right candidate, or the recruit leaves the company after a short period of time.
Armedika offers you to avoid the headache of this lengthy recruitment process by offering
to use outsourced services to meet staff needs as an alternative to the classical
the employee search model.

Our recruitment model does not limit the number of candidates for medical representatives.
The client can select people from the candidate profiles submitted by Armedika for the position of Medical Representative and
Invite me to a chat. During the term of the Agreement, the Medical Representative will represent only the Client and only with its products.

Business plans, customer databases, target group selection, medical representative management and more
project-specific services may be provided by mutual agreement between Armedika and the Client.
Various intermediate solutions are also possible. On request, Armedika will provide the Client with full reports of visits (daily,
weekly, monthly, etc.), accounting, analysis and other services that may be provided for in the contract. Armedics
assumes all the responsibility and risks associated with the recruitment and dismissal of medical representatives.

Candidates recommended by Armedika to our Client for the Medical Representative position usually have a medical
or biomedical education, a driving licence, a personal or company car.
Customers can use Armedika’s database of candidates for medical representative positions to
select candidates based on all the criteria set by the Client.
